Learn the True Art of Tai Chi and Qigong in an intimate small group setting for focused attention as it is traditionally meant to be taught. Progress through our Course of Study in Yin/Yang Philosophy and implemented practices, physical exercises as well as ‘Internal’ Cultivation through Meditative and Contemplative practices. Learn Tai Chi Forms choreography and basic applications of how your form works, as well as Pushing Hands, a Martial understanding towards Internal (Power) Cultivation and Health –with a partner.

Tai Chi Ch’uan (literally translated) means: Grand Ultimate Fist.

Tai Chi as it’s commonly known today, is a formidable Internal Martial Art (IMA) with many health benefits, as a result of consistent practice. Yin/Yang theory is at the root of understanding Tai Chi.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

*What you’ll need: Flat bottom shoes, NO heels/flip flops or sandals. NO yoga pants or tight (restrictive) clothing.
