We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and personal checks for payment. Payment is due at time of service. (We do not keep cash in the office)
A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture services. Patients should contact their carrier to inquire. We will, upon request, provide a detailed statement for patients to submit to their carriers for reimbursement. Please note that full payment is due at time of service and we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Our cash-based practice model allows us to spend more time with our patients focusing on delivering personalized, high-quality care that is tailored to your needs.
In order to avoid a late cancellation charge, please give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
